    The Ljubljana Botanic Garden, which celebrated its bicentenary last year, has recently opened a new tropical glasshouse, which offers visitors a pleasant exotic retreat on cloudy, rainy or just dark days. The Ljubljana Botanic Garden's other glasshouse, located at Tivoli Park, will be particularly inviting from 20 to 25 April, when it will host an international orchid show. Exhibited orchids will include Ljubljana orchid, a hybrid named after the Slovenian capital.
