First Green Globe certified Hotel in Ljubljana
The Mons Hotel and Congress Centre Ljubljana is the first hotel property in the Slovenian capital and the second in the country to have been awarded the Green Globe certificate as a result of its long-term commitment to sustainable operation and management.

New Tips for Incentives
Ljubljana Tourism / Convention Bureau recently issued a revamped edition of “Tips for Incentives”, with a territorial emphasis on Ljubljana and Central Slovenia. The publication, produced in both printed and digital format, is intended as an informative and helpful destination toolkit for incentive and meeting planners. The project was partly financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Cankarjev Dom Cultural and Congress Centre: First Foyer Revamped
A partial makeover of Cankarjev dom (CD), the main Slovenian cultural and congress centre, has been concluded just on time for the largest association event taking place in Ljubljana this year – the 40th EDTNA/ERCA International Conference, which attracted close to 1,600 delegates.
