Medvode

The town of Medvode lies close to Ljubljana, at the confluence of the rivers Sava and Sora, and the juncture of traffic connections between Ljubljana and the Gorenjska region. The surroundings of Medvode are known for their numerous natural beauties, among them the Zbilje lake, one of the most popular tourist spots near Ljubljana.
